Terms of Service

Free Cell Worlds ("the Game") at freecellworlds.com is operated by Naat Ventures, Inc., an Oregon corporation ("we", "us"). By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Playing for free

You can play the Game in your browser without an account. Some features, such as saving progress across devices and creating custom AI themes, need an account.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
• You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting your account permanently removes your custom themes and any unused tokens.

3. Theme Tokens

• Tokens are sold in packs: 1 token for $4, 3 tokens for $10, 6 tokens for $15 (USD). Prices may change, but changes won't affect tokens you already bought.
• One token creates one custom theme. Each token includes up to 3 design options (the first generation plus up to 2 rerolls). You then choose one option, which is finalized with full art and music.
• If you don't choose an option within 7 days, we finalize your most recent option automatically.
• Tokens are a limited license to use a feature of the Game. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged, and don't expire.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. AI-generated themes

• Themes are created by third-party AI models (currently Google's Gemini image and Lyria music models) from your prompt. Results can be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to content made for others. We don't guarantee a particular result.
• Your themes are private to your account. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play within the Game. You give us a license to store, process and display your prompts and themes so we can run the Game and provide support.
• We don't promise that generated content is free of third-party rights. Generated music may carry an invisible SynthID watermark added by the provider.

5. Acceptable use

Don't submit prompts that ask for, or try to get around our filters to produce:

• real or named people, including celebrities, politicians and private individuals
• characters, brands, logos or other content you don't have rights to (for example, franchise characters or sports league logos)
• sexual content, or any content involving minors in a suggestive way
• hate symbols, graphic violence or gore, self-harm, or illegal drugs
• imitations of a named living artist's style

We check prompts and results automatically and may reject a prompt. Repeated violations can lead to limits on generation or suspension of your account. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Game or its payment system.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, commit fraud, or file chargebacks in bad faith. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund your unused tokens.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll show a notice in the Game or email account holders before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
