Refund Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

• Unused tokens: you can get a refund for tokens you haven't used within 14 days of purchase. Email support@freecellworlds.com with the email on your account.
• Failed generations: if a theme fails to generate, your token is returned to your account automatically.
• Not happy with a result: each token includes up to 3 design options, and you'll need to pick one. If you're still unhappy, contact support. We review these case by case and may return a token.
• Used tokens and finalized themes aren't refundable for cash, except where the law requires.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
• If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may freeze the purchased tokens while the dispute is open.
